Welcome to my newly built home located in the Los Gatos/ - Monte Sereno area; just a short drive from surrounding cities of Saratoga, San Jose & Palo Alto. Located in a beautiful and private suburban neighborhood surrounded by trees, mountains and greenery. My home was recently rebuilt with 10 foot ceilings and custom details throughout. Inside my home you will find a mix of modern and traditional design choices that bring a Pinterest inspired space to life. This minimalist home has amazing natural and Lumen Technology controlled lighting throughout the open floor plan. The main house is great for photo shoots and filming videos in its open, bright spaces. It is an airy neutral home that is a perfect backdrop for any photograph or video. The main focus of the home is the large kitchen which includes two 8ft islands, top of the line appliances (Bluestar range, Sub Zero fridge, freezer and beverage drawers), farmhouse kitchen sink, custom chosen brass knobs and finishes. Within the kitchen area, there is also a butlers pantry and beautiful white stone wine wall with unique lighting. The kitchen also highlights custom fluted white oak paneling perfect for styling and beautiful backsplash of subtle porcelain veining. The decor is warm, clean, simple with neutral tones. All the furniture within the home can be found from Kreiss, Restoration Hardware, CB2, Pottery Barn and more. Due to the minimal furniture throughout the house, it can easily be replaced with temporary set design and/or moved around as needed. The warm and relaxed bedrooms are perfect for styling and can be easily transformed. While all bedrooms are light and airy, the master has a spa inspired tub and custom walk in shower and closet. The home has a side yard with beautiful sunset views and an open space to create any set up. You can access the back patio via an 18x9ft floor to ceiling glass Centor folding doors. On the patio you’ll experience Restoration Hardware furniture and an exterior 62inch TV. Beyond the patio the property also has a 2500 sq/ft barn (separate rentable space - can be discussed if needed) The home is easy to get to, It is located off Highway 17 and Highway 9 minutes from Downtown Los Gatos.
