📍 For filming – max 10 people inside at the same time Before diving into the details, I kindly ask you to respect this one golden rule: If you use it, take care of it. If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you move it, put it back. If you break it, fix it (or let me know). If you make a mess, clean it up. Pretty simple. This is my home as well as my set, and I’ve poured a lot of love into every detail. Please treat it as if it were your own. 🪐 The Vibe Looking for a location that feels like you’ve stepped into a retro-futuristic dream? Welcome aboard the time-traveling starship — a groovy, space-age interior filled with vibrant colors, sculptural furniture, original 1950s-60s-70s details, and an unmistakable cinematic presence. This isn't a rental—it’s an aesthetic. 🛋 Living Room + Design Features Space-age and futuristic design elements throughout Bold color combinations, playful forms, and joyful memorabilia Unique vintage chairs, original art books, old magazines, and quirky details Large windows run the full length of the living space, providing beautiful natural light Most objects are movable upon request — but please ask before touching anything, and I must be present when things are moved. 🍽 Kitchen A completely unrestored authentic 1957 kitchen with original 1957 stove, oven and fridge in matching color as well as brand and year of manufacture. Baby blue walls, original tile countertops, and a working vintage stove + oven in matching color Two bright orange vintage chairs add a perfect pop of contrast The dishwasher is the only modern item, but it's well hidden. 🛁 Bathrooms Both bathrooms are fully original from the '50s One features classic black-and-white tile, the other has iconic 1957 pink tile. The black is heavily dressed up with 60s and 70s elements. Pink bathroom includes a small, quirky shower, a toilet, and a mirror partially covered with vintage print ads — the details are incredible on camera. 🌟 EXTRA BONUS: In the back of the apartment I have 3 classic cars parked, each available as well. The cars are the following: 1961 Buick Electra 225 1968 Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser (same one from that 70s show) 1975 Dodge Ramcharger SE (one of the rarest trucks out there with original paint) ⚠️ A Few Notes This space is stylized but minimal — it’s filled with visual texture, but not cluttered. Many items are fragile. Some are fixed in place, but most can be moved with prior approval. If anything needs to shift for your shoot, I must be present during the process. This space is best suited for small, respectful productions that value design and treat the environment with care.
