This space was carefully crafted, each step of the curation process was fueled by imagination and creativity. The space emulates a modern, terrarium-like oasis with all of the amenities to serve an array of events from team meetings, workshops, seminars, trainings, book signings, small off-site conferences, photo shoots/filmings, pop-up shops, and endless opportunities in between. The 2,000 sf space includes a live-edge conference table, small office desk, comfortable seating, access to outdoor seating, a kitchen, bathroom, shelving, AC/heating, and beautiful natural lighting. Located on the second floor of the Paseo Colorado shopping mall, foot traffic is light and the surrounding area is extremely safe. Easy access to a multitude of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, as well as hundreds of underground parking spots and street parking. Loading dock and freight elevator access are also available.
