Experience our modern beachfront home with private front and rear patios just steps to the sand. The villa has three spacious bedrooms and an open floor plan with ocean views from the family room, living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Our clean, modern, and minimal atheistic provides an ideal location for a variety of still or video projects. Our chef's kitchen with high end stainless steal appliances also includes a mix of white and brightly patterned serve wear and white quartz countertops. Gray porcelain wide plank floor tiles throughout, designer furniture, and ocean inspired artwork create a clean, modern environment. The beachfront private front patio features a modern concrete fit pit, new navy blue and gray furniture, an outdoor eating area and stunning ocean views. Private back patio has additional seating and a natural gas grill. Dedicated parking and an elevator make load in and out a snap. Located on the ground level, we also have dedicated ramps to the front door and patios directly from the street.
