About the Space
10 000 SQ FT ROOFTOP nice Rooftop in the heart of DTLA with Plexiglass platform, artificial grass and flamethrowers as additional. ATTENTION BEFORE BOOKING. PARKING SITUATION: The Parking Lot Is Located On S. Los Angeles St. Los Angeles, CA 90015 United ( $10.00 Parking all day) States. As well as meter street parking on, MAIN, OLYMPIC, 11TH & LOS ANGELES. PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE DO NOT OWN THE BUILDING WE ONLY CONTROL WHAT HAPPENS IN OUR SPACE! OVERTIME FEE: 1.5x the price Your booking is your set up and clean up time. Please make sure you are out by the end of your booking to avoid any additional fees. ELEVATOR: Our building elevator is open 24HRS (THE IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE let the host know before hand so they can help!) TIME: If you book our space please arrive a little bit earlier due to parking situation (although you can park in the lot for $10) and trying to find our door. When your booking space is done please make sure to finish on time or else you will be charged a fee for the extra time. EXTRA FEE CHARGES: -Ruined Lights -Ruined Equipment Last minute rescheduling fee: $150.00 Pet Fee: $100.00 Alcohol fee: $100.00 NO ALCOHOL ( THE FEE FOR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION DESPITE THE RULES IS $100.00 ) The space is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week with a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking includes full use of every section within our walls, including all essentials. -Bathroom (Located around the corner of the room #) SOUND DETAILS: No complaints, feel free. PS. One of the workers will be there to explain the space.

Nikolai was extremely helpful and flexible with our shooting times and date. The facility has lots of small sets built on the main floor, and the rooftop has an excellent view of the downtown skyline. Very happy with our experience shooting here.
