The Riviera Art District Loft, brought to you by 305 Arts District Studio, is conveniently located near the hottest restaurants in the Downtown Los Angeles Arts district, making it perfect for various projects. - Interviews - Video productions - Music videos (approval based on idea) - Photography shoots - Podcast space - Writing studio - Conference rooms - Other (contact us for your idea) *** A Steamer, Whole body mirror, and Clothing rack come with the studio space. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. - Outside catering is permitted. - Consumption of alcohol inside the premises is not allowed. - Eating or drinking is not allowed on furniture or in carpeted areas. -Food and drinks are permitted only on the long table area. - Outside catering is allowed. -No modification of the walls or space unless approved first.
