About the Space

Modern 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, luxury duplex in the heart of Pelham Parkway. On-site parking available for up to 3 vehicles. Private entrance with access to large front patio and backyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture with seating for outdoor dining. Once you enter, you’ll have 2 floors of living space with a spacious dining area with an open layout to the living room and kitchen. It can sleep up to 16 guests and features a modern interior design with bright and roomy spaces. Room 1: The Luxury Designer Room features full size bunk bed, two twin size beds, a 43-inch Roku TV, with comfortable mattresses and pillows, a spacious closet and lamp. Room 2: The Queen Size Room with en suite bathroom includes a queen size bed, a 43-inch Roku TV, a comfortable mattress and pillows, 2 nightstands and lamps. Great space and natural light. Room 3: The Twin Trundle Room includes a twin size bed with trundle, a smart TV, a comfortable mattress and pillows, closet, dresser, nightstand and lamp. You can combine the twin beds to make a queen size bed. Room 4: The Twin Room includes a twin size bed, a comfortable mattress and pillows, wardrobe closet, desk, lamp and extra shelves. Bathroom 1: This luxury bathroom is immediately outside of The Luxury Designer Room and is perfect for hosting multiple guests. It features a tub/shower combination, plenty of free essentials, and a large vanity. Bathroom 2: This ensuite bathroom is connected to our Queen Size Room and features a walk in shower, vanity, plenty of free essentials, and extra shelving space. Bathroom 3: This half bathroom is conveniently located next to the living room. Kitchen/Dining Room: Our all-pink kitchen is loved by all. It includes a table for 6 which can be extended to accommodate extra guests, double door stainless steel refrigerator with freezer, a stainless steel oven, microwave, and plenty of additional amenities such as a toaster, coffee maker, baking dishes, pots and pans, wine glasses, cookware, and so much more. Living Room: Our all-pink living room is perfect for gathering with your closest friends. Have fun watching your favorite streaming platforms on our smart TV. Laundry: We love providing bonus amenities to our guest and we do feature a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board to help with your daily needs. Backyard/Patio: The Backyard and Patio is very spacious and is easily accessible. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, Smart Roku streaming HDTV, a fully equipped kitchen, complete with gas-range stove with grill, oven, fridge, microwave, in-unit washer/dryer and many must-have amenities. Fun activities can be enjoyed all around as your rental will include access to porch and backyard areas are available for guest’s use.
