Modern High-End Farmhouse on 2 acres in rural West Linn. 30 minutes from downtown Portland and PDX. Built by award winning builder! Property features include high-end, gourmet kitchen, spa-like primary bathroom with oversized shower and soaking tub, cathedral ceiling great room with wall of windows, built-ins and custom fireplace. The exterior of the home includes a 50x24 swimming pool with large patio, turf space for yard games and extensive landscaping. The exterior also features a high-end sport court with lines and netting for pickleball, tennis, badminton, volleyball and two basketball hoops. It also has an adjacent seating area and gazebo with firepit and orchard view. We also have an attached poolhouse/apartment with a partial kitchen, full bathroom and loft. Renting the pool area will give you access with all the facilities outside the house.
