Facts: The 1100 acre Pearl ranch has a heard of ITLA registered longhorns, herd of 30 commercial cows, elk, axis deer, blackbuck, fallow deer. There are 3 homes on the property; The Main house, The Guest house and the rustic Bass Cabin. -The main house has 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths and a half bath downstairs. Upstairs also has a full bath and a half bath. 7000 sq ft. A lovely infinity pool and grill for entertaining and that Texas charm. -The guest house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with 1 half bath. The amenities in the guest house are a racquetball room, sauna, work out room. 3800 sq ft. Right outside of the guest house is the tennis court and basketball. -Garage/ Meeting room has a half bathroom and upstairs storage. 2400 sq ft -Bass Cabin is a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms that overlooks the pond and perfect for fishing. The event space, built in 2023, is 9,099 sq ft and made for that perfect wedding or event. Space for a great reception with a Bar and catering options.
