About the Space
Built in 1902, and designed by Frank D. Hudson and William Munsell, the house combines Craftsman style in its first floor of rock-faced sandstone, and a second level reflecting the Shingle style. The house also has three gabled dormers that give the house the look of a Swiss chalet. The minimum rate shown is for a non-commercial still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less and a 10 hour day. Please inquiry about rates for larger impact shoots.
