A meticulously curated terrace suite for the adult Marvel comic book and action figure enthusiast. You can spend time getting lost in childhood memories exploring the collection. This is a well equipped one bedroom basement apartment overlooking a spacious backyard. The suite is located in a safe and serene area close to downtown Atlanta. It accommodates four comfortably. SUNROOM: Three-piece patio set. Please do not leave the windows open. The backyard is off limits. LIVING AREA: Two-cushion sofa-bed, a coffee table, side chair, SMART TV with Roku, fireplace, foosball table, bar with four barstools, desk and chair. KITCHENETTE: Mini-fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils, plates, cups, and glasses for four. MASTER BEDROOM: Queen bed, nightstand with a lamp, side chair, and spacious closet. BATHROOM: Step-in shower/tub combo, single sink vanity, mirror, and toilet.
