About the Space
Newly built, Brand New ADU - Accessory Dwelling Unit (tiny house) in our backyard with a Separate entrance off the alley, like driving into the bat cave but it's not a cave, Completely gated with one dedicated parking spot on property. There is also free street parking. This tiny house has a front porch & back porch perfect for morning coffee or breakfast outside. My husband calls the tiny house "the Whitehouse" because it's painted white. The living room has a 10 foot ceiling with a skylight, which adds a large appealing feel to the space. The bathroom also has a skylight. The 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom house has a shower bathtub combination. Each bedroom has a full-size closet. The first bedroom is furnished with one full-size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a desk, small futon sofa for dedicated office space in the second bedroom. There is a queen size air mattress in the closet for use if needed with extra bed linen. Light and Bright with two skylights. The open concept kitchen has a large island countertop with three bar stools for eating at the counter, all new appliances: a full-size refrigerator and freezer, full-size five burner stove with full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal plus, washer and dryer inside the unit. Free Wi-Fi and utilities included. 2 Smart TV’s (55 inch TV in the living room and 32 inch TV in the office) and 32 inch Computer monitor. Air Conditioning A/C and heating in each room. This is a non-smoking house. No pets allowed. Owners live and work on property and are extremely responsive. Feel free to contact us with further interest. Please empty trash baskets regularly. Trash bins are located outside on the South side of the house/behind the house. City Trash day pick up is each Wednesday. City Street sweeping on the South side of the public street on Wednesdays 6:30 am to 7:30 am City Street sweeping on the North side of the public street on Thursdays 6:30 am to 7:30 am Security cameras are on the front door, alley, rear door and backyard - No cameras inside the house The Neighborhood Mature neighborhood, some of our neighbors have lived on this residential street for over 50 years. There is a childcare center, a mechanic shop and elementary school on the block. A memorable place. We have a “Little House of Books” book box in our front yard with FREE Books for the community. With major transportation routes nearby, commuting is a breeze, whether heading to downtown Los Angeles, SoFi Stadium, or exploring the beautiful beaches along the coast. Convenient options for exploring the surrounding areas. Good connectivity to public transit. Bus stops are conveniently located within walking distance allowing you to access various bus routes that connect you to different parts of the city. This provides an affordable and efficient way to travel to nearby neighborhoods, attractions and transportation hubs. The Metro Rail system is also an excellent means of transportation in the area. The nearest Metro Rail station offers connections to the wider Los Angeles metropolitan area including downtown LA, Hollywood and other popular destinations. If you prefer ridesharing services such as Uber or Lyft they too are readily available and offer a convenient alternative for getting around the city. Centrally located, getting around by car, bus, train or walking is pretty simple. Vermont Avenue is the closest major cross street East of the house. Access to the closest bus stop
