Welcome to East Point! For those that don't know this is a charming, quiet neighborhood in Atlanta. Close to the airport Camp Creek and minutes from midtown/downtown, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This home is a beautiful all-brick ranch with a peaceful, beach fee. A great place to relax after a long day of filming. This home is a single-story ranch with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There's a large kitchen that overlooks the dining room and flows into the living room in a modern open concept. The laundry room and refrigerator are in the pantry connected to the kitchen. Sorry, no pets. Advertised rate is based on 15 people headcount, still photoshoot, low impact. For higher impact productions, please message for additional information.
