A beautifully designed indoor-outdoor event space in Toronto’s Distillery District, combining an elegant Garden Room with a spacious landscaped terrace featuring lush greenery, outdoor seating, and stunning views of the Toronto skyline, including the iconic CN Tower. The Garden Lounge offers a modern kitchen, large island, comfortable lounge seating, contemporary finishes, and floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the terrace. The space can accommodate up to 170 guests maximum and can be arranged to suit a variety of event formats and creative productions. Special Full-Day Package: $3000 Flat Fee for the full day, building fee is included in this price. Optional Professional Add-Ons, Enhance your booking with access to Visloft’s professional roster, including: Photographers • Videographers • Podcast Engineers • Music Engineers • Acting Readers • Editors • Models • Security • DJs These optional services can be added to your booking based on your event or production requirements. Additional Building Fee: The non-refundable building fee is separate from the space rental price and is charged in addition to your booking. The building fee starts at $230 for bookings of 1–2 hours, with an additional $115 per hour for bookings exceeding 2 hours.
