About the Space
An award-winning, BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated centre in London. We offer a unique opportunity for meeting rooms, filming, networking events, drinks reception and everything in between, please enquire now! The building itself started as an industrial shoe polish factory. In 2014 the building was successfully redeveloped into a beautifully light and spacious workplace, winning it 'London Building of the Year' at the prestigious Royal Institute of British Architects' (RIBA) awards. This was born out of the need for a space for social justice and human rights organisations, and is a joint venture between Trust for London, Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust, The Barrow Cadbury Trust, LankellyChase Foundation and The Ethical Property Company. The Ethical Property Company is the lead in this venture, and it also manages the property. Ethical Property is a forward-thinking company that believes property should be used in the best interests of society, the planet and the economy.
