Our venue provides enviable locations for events of all kinds including corporate functions, conferences, well-being, yoga or fitness retreats and celebrations of all kinds from landmark birthdays to small weddings and elopements. The properties are also available for photo shoots, TV commercials and product launches with the structures on both properties bathed in natural light, and outside, an extraordinary choice of backdrop opportunities for photos, filming or locations for TV series. Set on 3.5 hectares of lush, manicured grounds, just a few minutes from the bustling, historic village of Berry, the jewel in the crown of the Shoalhaven district on the NSW south coast. Berry oozes country charm and sophistication and is also just 10 minutes drive from renowned Seven Mile Beach and its long stretches of pristine sands. Once down the pear tree lined driveway you’ll shrug off the everyday business of life and immerse yourself in that holiday feeling. Your every need has been carefully considered and curated and the decisions you make about how you spend your days are completely in your control. The landscaping has been meticulously designed with hundreds of trees in addition to two magnificent, centuries old figs, with gardens of natives, lavenders and colourful blooms all year round. Past the edible garden and its stately timber arbour, is the imposing, black timber-clad Jamie’s Barn. Open the enormous barn doors to a soaring interior of bespoke, handcrafted post and beam construction. It’s a chillout zone for friends and family alike, with a healing infra-red sauna, delightful dining area, games, ping pong and more. Hand-made ceramics and bathroom tiles, oversized rain shower heads and a deep free-standing bath is a feature in one of the luxury bathrooms. And come night time, you’ll sink into the luxury of hotel-standard beds. Integrated into the stunning grounds, with its stone-walled, landscaped gardens is a large, resort-style swimming pool and alongside it, a soaring, fantasy tree house with a pirate’s walk, long, twisty slide and adventure playground. There’s a petanque court for bocce, a stone fire pit, a trellised olive grove and edible garden, orchard, and a majestic, timber lake house which hovers gracefully over the pond. That’s the spot for yoga, meditation, tai chi or a quiet cuppa with just the ducks for company.
