The space is equipped with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment, including a sound system, microphones, and projectors, making it perfect for presentations, performances, and speeches. Had a wonderful event for Art Basel here! Hosts were very kind and great with immediate communication. Parking lot (free) in the back was a huge help and bonus. Hosts were very accommodating to our needs for the event. Would recommend to book your next event here! 10/10.

Shannan was great! This was the perfect size for my baby shower. The easy access parking, the closeness to all the amenities we needed for setting up, and the fact that she had tables for us. Would definitely use this space again!
