Long level driveway leads to a custom built home directly on Lake Oconee. Easy access, long street (not gated). Home is situated perfectly for dramatic lake front views and features a stunning pool/hot tub area. Living/dining/kitchen is all open concept, owner's suite on the main level along with a screened porch that runs the length of the back of the house. Upstairs features three spacious bedrooms and two full baths. The terrace level has an incredible custom bar built out of an old ChrisCraft boat as well as a bunk room"family room & full bath. Outside there is an outdoor kitchen pool and fire pit area. The dock is pvc plank and has room for three boats plus jet skis.
