Located in the TMZ this approximately 10k sq ft space features an open floor-plan design with easy load in housed in a gated compound with plenty of parking lot options nearby. **NOTE: Rates are variable and based on impact (i.e. motion vs. stills, hour on property, cast/crew size, content, and amount of areas used).     After a few initial hiccups things went great. Chris was great to work with and very communicative and fleixble as to the needs of our shoot. Would definitely film here again.

    Christian is the best. He is even -tempered and always had the answers for our questions. He is the a wonderful site rep / stage manager. And Seven is the best location dog!!! The location films fabulously. I am excited to work there again in the future.
