About the Space
Seats eight people when configured as shown. The room can also host videoconferences on our Lifesize Express 220 high definition video conferencing system. The room works best for medium-sized depositions or meetings in person or remotely with video conferencing. Rules: - No after hours or weekends. Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. CST. We may consider making exceptions but we will need to charge 1.5x's rates. - We reserve the right to refuse service (with advanced notice of 48 hours.) If our primary clients need the rooms, then they will receive priority. - Cancellation- please cancel outside of 24 hours from the start time of the booking window. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged for one hour. - If furniture are rearrange for usage, we expect to put the office back in order before leaving. - 1 hour minimum booking. After one hour, billing will be done in 30 minute increments (custom rate applies) - Amenities: will have access to our Keurigs, water, kitchenette, candy, basic office supplies, guest wifi, et cetera. - Room rentals will have access to our printers, but we may need to charge for very large printouts or excessive usage of the scanner.
