About the Space
Welcome to our Midcentury modern ranch home, located in Madison Heights, Pasadena. Sun-drenched and bathed in light, our home features an open concept, living room/dining room space filled with Midcentury art and decor. We also feature 8, 2 by 6 foot skylights throughout our living/dining space which diffuse an extraordinary amount of natural light throughout our house. We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, (although we normally cordon off one master bedroom and bathroom away from production for our own use). Our backyard features a 36 foot pool and a backspace filled with desert succulents for a neat, minimalist look. We are easily accessed directly off the 110 N and 134E freeways. We are also located near a water plant with a rentable lot, and our street allows for production parking. Our home is ideal for photo shoots and commercials.
