Capacity is 50 comfortably seated guests. Snack bar is available to serve beverages including beer, wine, hard ciders and non-alcoholic beverages. Features: Ample free parking in front of the building and on the street Direct load/unload as the space is at street level. Handicap accessible 300+ Mbps Wifi, as well as sound system, projector and microphone. There is a $200 cleaning fee required if the whole space is taken, and less for a smaller event. A Certificate of Insurance must be provided prior to the event.
