Big Multi-Set Loft/Abundant Natural Light

About the Space

A dreamy multi-set production studio located in the heart of Downtown LA's Fashion District. We have multiple themed set designs, beautiful natural light with our tall loft windows, and modern geometric cut-out shapes such as a circle and three archways that look stunning in photos and video. We built layered platforms covered in white subway tile that reflects light beautifully to create a dreamscape vibe with 4 RGB light orbs that hang from the ceiling. We also have a lush floor to ceiling plant wall (artificial and real plants). SET DESIGNS: -Desert Dreamscape (sand pit with curtained archways, frosted globe lights, large circle window with stone platform and stairs) - Forest Dreamscape (reflective "pool"(epoxy) with curtained archway, basket globe lights, plant walls with stone platform, corrugated green backdrop) ALSO INCLUDED: - Multi-Purpose Backdrop Area (clean white walls, tall loft windows, backdrop rolls with 3+ color options) - Lounge Areas (couches, armchairs, rugs, lamps, coffee table) - Makeup & Dressing Area (LED vanity mirror and shelf, curtained changing area) - 2 Additional folding tables available PLEASE NOTE: - This space is NOT soundproof. Being in the heart of DTLA, we are subject to all of the city noise that accompanies it (fire trucks, ambulance sirens, etc), despite being on the 9th floor. Video interviews and other noise-sensitive productions are doable, but require mics that make that type of noise easy to remove in post-editing. If you need long forum audio with uninterrupted clips, we would suggest a sound stage with another studio as the downtown noise is unfortunately unpredictable. If the editing style allows for cuts, this is more doable. We've hosted several video productions/interviews but they are aware of this dynamic in advance. It's classic downtown LA street noise, almost NYC vibes. We welcome anyone to come tour the space in advance for larger video productions.
