About the Space
A wonderful open and spacious suburban house, perfect for film, photography, or music ventures. The house is currently minimally furnished, so if that's something you are looking for this is the place! Some notes: - Entire first floor, garage, backyard and front are ok for filming and photography, upstairs recording studio/bedroom available upon request (contingent on discussion first) - The recording studio is for my own work, if your project needs some audio work (recording, mixing, monitoring, making sound effects) I'm happy to collaborate and work with you at a negotiable rate! Recording Studio and equipment not available for personal use, but filming in the room is allowed (contingent on discussion first) - I welcome a majority of all kinds of projects, but I ask for no props that would leave a mess or smell, and that the space be left as found when finished.
