The house is set in the middle of a quiet cul-de-sac tucked in on the hillside of Tarzana. The floor to ceiling windows on the back of the house offer a two million dollar view of the valley. The house was built in the ‘60’s and still maintains some of its original mid-century vibe. The split level ground floor offers a sunken living room open to the entry foyer and dining “stage”. A separate sunken den is tucked in on the west end of the house with a full bathroom accessible across the hallway that leads to the laundry room and garage access.
