Tap Rooms is located within the building that once housed Sydney’s longest-running colonial hotel, Seaman’s, dating back to the 1800s. It follows Applejack's unique philosophy of using all-Australian, seasonally-harvested ingredients with no preservatives.
Our premium brew & smoke house offers a range of smoked produce from the land and sea, served feast-style and accompanied with vibrant salads and house-made sauces. In addition to house-brewed beers, Tap Rooms’ taps also pour NSW wines from the keg. Our 600-litre brewhouse is located on the ground floor, regularly hosting Brew Bar tours.
