This is an established, 3900 sq. ft. church in Tamarac. Fully equipped with chairs, 30 ft. projector, lights show, sound, video, kids rooms and much more... You can host Christian events, conferences or concerts for 110 attendees. You can also host church services Saturdays or Sundays after 2pm. Retail plaza INCLUDES; - Main sanctuary access - 30 x 12 feet projector screen - Welcome lobby with coffee station. - Media booth with sound, audio, video, lights, FB/YT streaming and Pro-presenter. - Instruments; Piano, drums, 3 wired mics and wires for your own guitar & bass - 110 chairs (Max Capacity 202) - 2 rooms for children's ministry (toddlers & school age) - 3 bathrooms (men, women and children) - Small kitchen area with sink, refrigerator & microwave. - A/V equipment damage security - $1 million general liability insurance (required) - Security alarm included - Water & electric included - Over 100 parking spots available - Cleaning fee $100 per event - Audios/Video engineer $50/hr (optional, if needed)
