My mid-century/ranch 3 bedrooms 2 and a half bath - one level house is located in the West Sherman Oaks Hills. Just East of Encino between Valley Vista and Mullholland. It's on a horseshoe street w/ plenty of street parking. Very nice neighbors. In a very lush, green neighborhood. It's unique in that it has a flat beautiful backyard w/ a pool and an area higher up w/ a deck and a view.
