This space is Buyout of entire venue for Friday and Sunday rates. Saturdays not available This venue is great for weddings, parties and birthday events. This is an all in one venue (indoor and outdoor venue) you'll find the beauty of nature and Tuscan scenery all around. The property includes two water features, trees, bridges, open fields, and more. We also get the most amazing sunsets that can be seen just after you say "I do!" Fri & Sunday only rates Entire Location - $1550/hour for events, 6 hour minimum Weekday rates Entire Location - $1250/hour for events, 6 hour minimum For photography sessions - Buyout/Rent out of the Entire Area - $150/hour, 1 hour minimum Optional Coordinator fee $1500 All events require a cleaning fee of $375 (does not include photography sessions) All events with more than 50 guests require an officer fee of $250 Optional setup fee for events (tables and chairs) - Free for events under 50 guests $100 for events of 50-100 guests $200 for 100+ guests For customized rates, please contact the host.
