About the Space

This is an acoustically treated recording studio of about 400 sq ft with a 1500 sq ft private back yard and bathroom access for producers to rent for bands or artists that want to have fun while they record. Vocal booth set up for ADR projects. Producer/Engineer also available with the studio if needed for artists that do not have their own producer. Spacious and acoustically treated vocal booth. Subwoofer and Yamaha NS10 monitors, and an Apollo Quad interface. You may also rent a room for a small additional fee for clients coming from out of town. Kitchen space as well with bathroom outside the studio. Perfect for auditions or interviews and filming as well. Check out all the pictures!
