About the Space

Located in bustling and trendy Surry Hills, close to Central Station. To keep costs low, and the studio and staff Covid Safe, we are now predominantly Self Service. If this is not suitable for you we offer Full Service for an extra $150 per day or evening session. Details below. Our beautiful and quirky self service rooms are perfect for small gatherings such as meetings, team off-sites and baby showers. PLEASE NOTE WE NO LONGER ALLOW LARGE EVENTS SUCH AS BIRTHDAY PARTIES, ENGAGEMENTS, WEDDINGS AND BUCKS PARTIES. Our studio rooms are available 7 days a week from 7am til 5pm (until 10pm Mon-Thur & Sun). You are welcome to BYO catering. Le Grand Bureau comes with tables and chairs for 6-7 pax, TV with HDMI cable to plug your laptop in, webcam, 5G broadband, whiteboard and air-con. Includes shared use of the kitchen and outdoor rooftop on level one. Please note: There are stairs, this room is on the second floor, so may not be suitable for all guests. Self service: No staff on-site, contact-free self service. We will give you the code to get in the front door and how to find your room. Full instructions with wifi and bluetooth speaker passwords etc will be provided after full payment. Help yourself to tea/coffee and chilled water from the shared kitchen. Glassware, crockery and cutlery hire available for up to 20 pax - $129 including washing up. You are welcome to move the tables and use the extra chairs available. Please return the furniture to the original position before you leave. Please place all rubbish in the rubbish bins, turn off the lights and close the front door when you leave. Full service - $150 extra: A fully vaccinated and masked staff member will meet you at the studio at a time convenient for you and return after you leave, to tidy up. Please note, they will not be on-site throughout the whole session. If you need on-site support throughout the entire session please contact us for a quote. They will let you into the studio and give you the door code in case you and the other attendees would like to go in and out throughout the day. Help set-up the room in your desired configuration including chilled water and glasses on the table. Assist you to connect to the wifi, TV and air-con. The staff member will also tidy up the room and kitchen after you leave including washing up dishes and placing rubbish in the rubbish bins. Cleaning fee of $80-$150 depending on the room size only applicable for bring your own food and drinks and a $500 refundable bond if you bring your own alcohol.
