Crescent Head has been in the cultural heart of surfing since the 1960's with people from around the globe making this a stop on their East Coast surf pilgrimage. For nearly two decades, It has been dedicated to the Crescent Head surf experience, that's true to its core. We welcome lifestyle enthusiasts. Friends, families, surfers, creatives, and ocean people. Each trip is tailored to you and the conditions. You can suck the marrow out of the day, or turn back the pace and cruise. There are no template experiences here. The Retreat is proud of its creative community. A bunch of minds who imagine - artists, shapers, brands, and musicians. We hold a special place for them to think freely and do what they do best. With 15 acres of lush iconic Australiana bush setting, Paper bark trees mixed in with giant gums, prehistoric palm trees & what can only be described as a "fern tree Gully" - With the added comforts of 14 air-conditioned rooms, a Cafe on-site, Swimming pool & entertaining deck complete with recycled hardwood timber "tiki bar." Ample private, off-street parking & Catering available on request.
