Come share this spacious home with me and my trained, quiet, and friendly sheprador, Stella. You'll have your own brightly lit and fully-furnished bedroom, balcony, and bathroom. We're in Old Uptown. Little Amps Coffee, Alvaro Bread and Pastry Shoppe, and the scenic riverfront are around the corner; Italian Lake and the State Capitol are about a mile away. In between, you'll find great landmarks, stores, restaurants, and bars. The neighborhood is peaceful and the neighbors are very friendly. The space This is a three-floor townhouse. Your private bedroom, balcony, and bathroom are on the second floor. Common spaces include the living, dining, kitchen, half bathroom, front porch, and backyard (first floor). You are also welcome to use the TV/study room (second floor). My private bedroom and bathroom are on the third. Guest access You'll have access to all areas of the house, except the third floor. Other things to note Your bedroom has a high-quality mattress (Keetsa) and bedframe. There's also a full closet, a dresser, a desk, a chair, and a 42-inch television with Apple TV. The balcony is in the bedroom and only you will have access to that space. There is a chair and table there. It's the perfect space to enjoy your morning beverage and read.
