About the Space
Located in the heart of Sunset Plaza, we are a one stop spot studio for filming, photography, and post-production services. Our building is a 18,000 sq ft with a unique old-school Hollywood feel, with exposed beams and art deco design. We currently have 6000 sq ft with further plans of added expansion. Our true 1000 sq ft stage features 360 filming, skylights, lighting grid, hair/makeup/wardrobe room, a birds-eye vantage point for shooting, multiple photography drops and an adjacent video village room at an additional cost. Our team has over seventy years of experience in the industry, and we will do everything possible to help you with your project. *If you book for filming rate goes up to 299/hr, not photography. And for photoshoots that have a crew + talent of 6 or more, your rate will be $199 per hour. ***Also, if you plan to leave your gear and/or setups overnight, there is a 12 hr minimum/full day rate. Because this is the equivalent of an overnight storage fee. We do this because we are able to have multiple bookings in one day, and if gear is left, we are unable to accommodate other clients.

Location Rules
- Smoking
- All crew or personnel must be in or on the stage at all times. No loitering, congregating, or loud conversations in the hallways, lobby, and communal areas. All smoke breaks must be outside, away from the building and parking lot.
- All multiple day bookings that leave equipment and/or set in place overnight will be charge a 12 hour day rate automatically.
