Located on the banks of the picturesque Indian River, our property offers stunning views of the water and is only minutes away from the ocean. Our property earned its name for its guest’s love of enjoying a cup of coffee while taking in the breathtaking sunrise. Our cozy and comfortable rental features a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms with 5 beds, 2 full bathrooms and two additional hangout spots that include a lounge/bar area and an additional outdoor room for whatever you desire! During your stay you'll have access to all the modern amenities you need including high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows. With this said, the outdoor space is where you'll really fall in love with this property. From the fully furnished back yard with a firepit, several seating areas, and a large Gazebo. Property is perfect for Boat/Jet Ski owners. There is enough parking space to park a boat/jetski trailer(s) on the property. There is a mooring dock where you can leave the boat during the day! Our dock right across the street where you can launch your own kayak, canoe, or paddleboard and drop off/pick up guests. The possibilities for memories and fun are endless.
