About the Space
🔥Bright 350 sq ft space, 13 ft high ceilings and 6 wall mounted seamless backdrops. 🌇Sunny space (windows are facing south). 🚀Studio is located on the 4th floor (freight elevator access 24/7 upon request - Fee $5) 🥐Great area - best coffee, pizza, groceries around. 🚗Easy to find place for parking. 📍If you have production shoot for more than 8 persons please check out my other space - it is bigger and gets more direct sunlight https://giggster.com/listing/corner-bright-sunny-loft-space Complete self-service! 🚨All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. +$15 per seamless pull/color. Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it. One Seamless Pull is up to 6 ft long. Please add it with your booking in the Add-ons section if you need to step on the paper. Please do not cut our paper backdrops yourself - fee $20. You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. After booking is confirmed you will get 2 video instructions - How to get in building and find studio space - How to use equipment 13ft ceilings and great indirect light throughout the day with NYC skyline view. 6 Seamless Papers installed on the system. HVAC system Included: - 1 x NEEWER air trigger remote for the flash strobes (Canon/Nikon/Sony) - 2 x Godox GS200 Flash Strobes - 2 x Light Stands - 1 x Portable Rectangular Softbox 23.6" X 35.4" - 1 x 55" Octagon - 1 x C-stand - 3 x Sandbags - 1 x Portable Steamer - Wall Mounted Clothes Hangers for 10 hangers - 4 Stools - 1 Small Ladder - 1 Extension Cord - We have just ONE table (make up station) If you need to use the freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will be provided with special instructions and a special fob for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Fee for Freight Elevator access $5. Please add it in the Add-ons. 🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio is not soundproof. Usually it's pretty quiet in this studio, sometimes you can hear my clients who book studio next to this.

Location Rules
- Smoking
- All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time
- No Bulky Garbage. Bulky Items Disposal Fee $200
- No confetti, glitter, feathers, moss, smashed cake, paint splashes, smashed glass, fake snow, sand, candle wax. Fee $200
- No cutting paper backdrops by yourself. Penalty Fee $20
- No guns, drugs, smoking on the premises. Fee $200
- No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine, alcohol in the building. Fee $300
- No tape of any kind on the walls
