Modern and minimal yoga studio with an abundance of natural light. Clean, bright, open space, modern and minimal sensibility. Dimmable recessed lighting throughout, 2 remote controlled white ceiling fans, a split system heating and cooling unit. 2 HEPA air purifiers, Two wifi-enabled stereo Sonos speakers. Coat closet. Hand-crafted wooden plywood furniture is inspired by 1960s artist Donald Judd includes built-in front bench, front desk, high back daybed/sofa and large wall-mounted open shelving. If applicable, yoga props include: 12 bolsters, 30 Jade cork blocks, 30 yoga blankets, 18 Jade yoga straps, and 12 eye pillows, 5 loaner yoga mats, organic mat cleaner(2 spray bottles) and mat cloths. White walls, 4 large opening casement windows along side of the space as well. One opening casement window in the bathroom. The space is particularly well suited for private sessions, corporate or group sessions, photo shoots, meetings, intimate events of 40 people or less.
