About the Space
Located in the idyllic 1950's suburban sub division of Newstead in South Orange NJ just 15 miles west of midtown Manhattan. A 4 bedroom 1953 split level home with large back and side yards on a quiet tree lined street. Partially remodeled in the 1970's with an abundance of tropical wallpaper, original features have been painstakingly restored by the current owners. There are also time capsule rooms that have not been touched since the 1970's and many features of the 1950's remain such as marble double sided gas fireplace, vintage ovens in laundry room, and mandatory pink tile bathroom. It is currently decorated with a selection of rattan furniture and an abundance of fauna.
