House does not come decorated. My family is very excited to share this amazing home.Great for your next Christmas production. It features 18ft ceilings and a split level for amazing shots. This is a one of a kind house in Sherman Oaks. Feels like a ski luxury ski cabin. Right out of "Mad Men" it is 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms 3,250 sq ft house.Filled with exposed wood. Has an amazing bar and fine dining room. Has beautiful glass diamond windows. Marble fireplace with matching marble title entry. There is also a storage room with tin foil everywhere (if you need a weird place to shoot) Small cute neighborhood. Amazing Garage and drive way for any car shoot. House has two central AC units (up stairs and down stairs) and two portable AC units are available as well. they help to help cool down the house with Lights running
