Built in the early 90s, this mediterranean home perfectly exudes the suburban feel. Wooden floors all throughout the first level, a grand foyer with high ceilings, and an updated kitchen that opens up into the family room are just some of the features this house has to offer. But the shining star of the entire house is the nearly panoramic view of the city and mountains from the backyard. Perfect for an outdoor gathering, shindig, hoedown, whatever your event needs are! The cityscape serves as the perfect backdrop for any event. Use of the inside of the house is also available, so please reach out and we can schedule a view of the entire space.
