Stylish, Versatile Home for Creative Shoot

About the Space

About our Stylish Home With its spacious layout and thoughtfully styled interiors, our stylish home offers a variety of versatile spaces for photo and video shoots, content creation, brand campaigns, lifestyle photography, interviews, and creative productions. The main living room features a beautiful brick fireplace, built-in shelving, comfortable neutral furnishings, and a warm, timeless aesthetic. The open kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly together, featuring a large island with bar seating, a spacious dining table, beautiful natural textures, and plenty of room for creative setups. A cozy lounge area offers another distinct backdrop, while the dedicated game room—with a pool table-ping pong table—provides a fun, casual setting for lifestyle and editorial shoots. Take the production outside and you’ll find a private backyard with a lovely covered seating area, offering a relaxed outdoor backdrop and additional space for creative setups. Our two-car garage is also available for use, providing convenient flexibility for equipment, staging, storage, or additional shooting space. Throughout the home, warm hardwood floors, soft neutral tones, natural textures, and touches of muted green create a relaxed, elevated aesthetic that photographs beautifully. And then there are the house celebrities… 🐶🐶 You may notice our two very photogenic pups making a cameo in the photos. While our dogs are not included with your rental (😂), they are available to make a special appearance in your production for an additional fee. If your creative vision calls for a furry co-star, just let us know—we may be able to arrange a cameo! Whether you’re creating content, shooting a campaign, capturing lifestyle imagery, or producing photo or video work, our home provides a beautiful, comfortable, and versatile backdrop for your vision.
