About the Space
Welcome to the centrally-located, ground-floor mini-creative kingdom - a vibe curated for location shoots, studio shoots, small events, dinners, classes, content-creation and parties - with powerful AC and above-average accessible PARKING! My section is one of many converted into creative spaces in a hangar-style warehouse with raw wood ceilings in 1925 as a carpet-dying company. I've heard it was also a paint factory for a time. Either way, it's got a colored history. A couple-minute walk to a gas station, 7-11, liquor store and various restaurants. The area also hosts two schools, which means that for a short time in the morning and afternoon, Monday-Friday, street parking can be tough, but the rest of the time, it's surprisingly easy compared to most LA neighborhoods. Rates vary based on the amount of time needed, number of occupants, activities, and production requirements you need. We've hosted feature film shoots, short film shoots, commercial, fashion, comedy shows, songwriter showcases, and many parties. You'll like it here. Everyone does.

I recorded my podcast here and had a really great experience. The space was super cool with a lot of character and worked perfectly for what we needed. Nathan was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming the whole time which made everything feel really easy and relaxed. Would definitely book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a unique spot in LA.

We recorded an episode of our podcast here and loved it! The space was so beautiful with lots of natural light. Very spacious, clean, and sound-proofed — we got perfect audio for our recording. Would def book again, Nate was super friendly & communicative!
