About the Space: - 3 BEDROOMS (2 full sized bedrooms + 1 office space) - 3 Full BATHROOMS - GARAGE GYM with natural light. - BACKYARD with pool - KITCHEN and dining area - Single floor, easy access. - Laundry area - House has large driveway + double front doors for easy load in/out of equipment. Located on the West side of LA (Ladera Heights). Super close to the airport. The home is not in the flight path, so there aren't audio issues. 2500 square foot mid century modern home with great natural light. The home is semi updated, trying to hold on to as much original charm as possible. Two living rooms with a dual fire places (Both provide different look), dining area, as well as kitchen dining nook. Backyard has covered seating area and pool. Pool can be heated for additional cost. Filming has been done in the pool. Master and guest bedroom have king sized beds. (please indicate if you would like to shoot in a bedroom prior to or when booking) The master bathroom has a tub, double sinks with black swan fixtures, glass walk in shower and a green floor. The two guest bathrooms both have showers and are styled pretty uniquely. The powder room off the 3rd bathroom has the original marble countertops and is fully wallpapered with an Art Deco look/wallpaper. The guest bathroom is retro yellow. The garage is a home gym fully equipped with professional heavy boxing bag, squat rack, Peloton bike, mats, etc… All the artwork and photos on the walls have all been made by the me, so it’s all cleared for use. Parking | Driveway will fit two cars + Free street parking. Crew access - Ground Floor Equipment can be loaded in through the garage or double front doors that leads into the living rooms. There are also two large pathways on the side of the house to bring gear around back without going through house. Production insurance is required. House does have WI-FI. **Extra fee may be added for site rep for shoots over 20 people. Please reach out if you have questions on this.
