The fully renovated space has a spacious park-like backyard - about .3 acres with trees and shrubs to add a feeling of winderness!! There is a long front porch as well as a large 20'x12' back deck. The massage room can also double as a dressing room, makeup area, or other space if needed.

All bedrooms are furnished and most pieces are easy to move if necessary. While the entire house has laminate dark wood flooring, all bedrooms have light carpeting and the main bathroom (which is very roomy) has tile flooring.
The home is in a quiet subdivision and sits up on a hill overlooking the street. The driveway leads to a 2.5 car garage with automatic door openers which can be used to help load and unload equipment. The driveway will hold 4-6 vehicles depending on the size but parking is available directly in front of the house as well.
Washer / Dryer & Household appliances are available for use at no extra charge.
We are willing to accomodate any needs to see the space and are open for negotiation.
