The house features a large, bright living room, a stylish dining area, and a chef’s kitchen equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, including a full refrigerator with water dispenser, dishwasher, stove, and washer/dryer. With three spacious bedrooms and two elegantly designed bathrooms, your production will have the space it needs to come to life. The living room has a 65” 4K Smart TV and seamless fast Wi-Fi, making it perfect for your on-location needs. The expansive private backyard features seating alongside a firepit and a BBQ grill, as well as a grassy front yard with palm trees — perfect for outdoor scenes. Need additional access for your production team? We offer a private side gate entry via the rear alley, providing convenient access to the sides and back of the house for staging areas. Parking is a breeze with plenty of non-restricted street parking, suitable for a small grip truck, and off-street parking for two cars available via the back alley (additional cost). Located within the 30-mile “studio zone,” our property is just minutes away from Vons, Target, Chipotle, CVS, and a 24-hour fitness gym, as well as other shops, restaurants, and major freeways (405, 101, 118). It’s a short drive to popular destinations like Granada Hills, NoHo West, Sherman Oaks, Northridge Malls, CSUN, Topanga Village, and the Vineyards at Porter Ranch.
