Stunning restaurant with 3 patios is available for hourly and daily filming location rentals. Beautiful open interior. 1 block from Universal Studios, at the 101 freeway & Lankershim Blvd in Studio City near all major movie and television houses in Hollywood, Los Angeles, Burbank, and North Hollywood. Features: * 2,000 Square Feet patio, enclosed by 8' fence * 1,500 sq ft dining room interior * Country French/Cap Cod look * 2 Bathroom * Accessibility: Accessible without stairs * Free parking lot holds 12+ cars plus free parking across the street for 300 cars. Best pricing are hours when we're closed: weekday mornings 5am-11am, nights 11pm-5am. We can also film in the patio for small productions while we're open. And, we will entertain buyouts to close the restaurant. We can also do small shoots (4 person crew) while we're open in 1 of the patios or the private dining room for $250 an hour.
