The space is available for photoshoots, video productions, executive off-site meetings, fundraisers, or family gatherings. Parking for 5 cars is available in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed on the street that the property is on. Valet parking services are available for an additional fee if you expect more than 5 cars. If you prefer to not use a Valet Service, and are willing to have some guests park and walk to the property, the walk from additional permitted parking areas is three to four minutes.
