Includes a free 1-hour set-up window on event day. Additional set-up, clean-up, and extra hours are available for an additional charge. Venue Rules: - Private residence, please respect neighbors and outdoor space - No smoking allowed - No pets allowed - No slime or gum - Outside food is allowed - Catering is allowed - Alcohol is allowed with the last call to end 1 hour before the event ends. - Music and noise generated from the event must remain at a reasonable level - Must pick up all trash and party equipment before departing or will be charged additional fees - Guests are required to tidy up after the event and leave the space in its original condition - No loitering of guests on property or adjacent area at any time - No double parking - No nudity Contract Hours: - Set-up/ tear-down times to be factored into reservation hours. - Canopy/prop/ equipment drop off & decorating to be factored into reservation hours - Day before drop-off / day after pick-up may be considered with advance request at our discretion and pending space availability. Guests - Event host/ renter is responsible for all guests and vendors in attendance - Any aggressive, violent, disruptive, threatening, unruly, or dangerous behavior by the event host, guests, attendees, or vendors will result in immediate termination of the event. - A maximum 100 guests/ attendees is allowed. Events over 100 attendees may be considered with advance request. - All ages are welcomed - Access to the main house is restricted, with only outdoor space and outdoor restrooms available. - Outdoor security cameras located in the front house and backyard for extra protection. - Venue hosts & staff are not responsible for any theft, damage, malfunction, loss or care of any equipment, items, or rentals brought into the space. Security & Cancellations: - On-site manager for assistance - Security cameras for extra protection - Guests may cancel their booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price less booking fees. - Guests may cancel their booking between 30 and 14 days before their event start time and receive a 50% refund of their booking price less any booking fees. - Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the event start time are nonrefundable.
