A 50% deposit is required to book and hold your dates. In the event that you need to cancel, you will still be responsible for all rents due. If we can re-rent the home at the same or higher rate, all rents will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee. If re-rented at a lesser rate, the difference shall be retained from your payment and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
