Beautiful Modernist house on a lovely lake, just 15 minutes from RDU Airport in Durham. Stunning "golden hour" sunsets out on the lake, featuring a dock that turns into a boat. 70 foot long outdoor deck. 2400sf, with a 1400sf open living room completely stageable. This stunning resident won architecture and design awards from AIA North Carolina, AIA Triangle, and the George Matsumoto Prize. Designed and built by Vinny Petrarca of Katherine Hogan Architects in 2010. 240V service outdoors and in the garage. 120V service by the lake. 2.5 car garage ideal for staging and catering. 15 folding chairs and three 2x6 tables available for no extra charge.
